ADMX3652Z-ML

ADMX3652Z-ML is a 6½ digit, digital voltage meter (DVM). It provides a compact solution with the most common DVM measurements. With long measurement times, the norm for high integration precision applications is a simple, reliable, pocketable device that can save system space and is a popular addition to the toolbox of engineers. The current consumption of the device is only around 310mA for a 5V power supply in stable working mode. Compared to complex instruments with numerous settings, this device requires simple settings with a preset configuration for a typical application. Electrically, this device is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V interfaces, using an internal independent logic supply. It is used in applications such as precision voltage measurement, and industry automation tests.
