TXS0108EPWR

TXS0108EPWR is an 8-bit bi-directional, level-shifting, voltage translator for open-drain and push-pull applications. This device is an 8-bit non-inverting level translator which uses two separate configurable power-supply rails. Suitable for handsets, smartphones, tablets, desktop pcs applications.

• No Direction-control Signal Needed
• 110Mbps (Push Pull) and 1.2Mbps (Open Drain) maximum data rates at VCCA = 3.3V ±0.3V
• 1.4V to 3.6V on A port and 1.65V to 5.5V on B port (VCCA ≤ VCCB)
• No Power-supply Sequencing Required - Either VCCA or VCCB can be Ramped First
• Latch-up Performance Exceeds 100mA Per JESD 78, Class II
• 20 pin TSSOP package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
