STM32U5G9ZJT6Q is a STM32U5 series 2.5D and vector graphics, JPEG codec, LTDC, MIPI®DSI, crypto, ultra-low-power microcontroller. It is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 32bit RISC core. This operates at a frequency of up to 160MHz. The Cortex®-M33 core features a single-precision floating-point unit, that supports all the Arm® single-precision data-processing instructions and all the data types. The Cortex®-M33 core also implements a full set of digital signal processing instructions and a memory protection unit that enhances the application security. It embeds high-speed memories an FSMC for static memories, two Octo-SPI and one Hexadeca-SPI memory interfaces and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to three APB buses, three AHB buses and a 32bit multi-AHB bus matrix. It offers a security foundation compliant with the trusted-based security architecture requirements from Arm®.
