The STM32L462VEI6 from STMicroelectronics is a STM32L462xx series ultra-low power ARM® Cortex®-M4 32bit microcontroller with floating point unit (FPU) in 100 pin UFBGA package. The Cortex-M4 core features FPU single precision which supports all ARM single precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions and memory protection unit (MPU) which enhances application security. The device embeds high speed memories (512Kbyte flash memory, 160Kbyte of SRAM), quad SPI flash memories interface and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to 2 APB buses, 2 AHB buses and 32bit multi-AHB bus matrix. It features 1 (16bit) advanced control, 2 (16bit)/1 (32bit) general purpose, 2 (16bit) basic, 2 (16bit) low power, 1 SysTick and 2 watchdog timers. It also features 3 tamper pins, random generator, AES, 83 GPIOs, 5 wakeup pins, 21 capacitive sensing channels, one 12bit ADC (16 ch), one 12bit DAC, 2 comparator and 1 op-amp.
