The STGIB8CH60TS-E from STMicroelectronics is a 2nd series SLLIMM™ (small low loss intelligent moulded module). This second series of SLLIMM (small low-loss intelligent moulded module) provides a compact, high performance AC motor drive in a simple, rugged design. It combines new ST proprietary control ICs (one LS and one HS driver) with an improved short-circuit rugged trench gate fieldstop (TFS) IGBT, making it ideal for 3-phase inverter systems such as home appliances and air conditioners. It has 20KHz PWM input signal (40°C <lt/> TC <lt/> 100°C, -40°C <lt/> Tj <lt/> 125°C). Typical applications include 3-phase inverters for motor drives, home appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners and sewing machines.

• IPM 12A, 600V 3-phase IGBT inverter bridge with 2 control ICs for gate driving, freewheeling diodes
• 3.3V, 5V TTL/CMOS inputs with hysteresis and 100°C case operation temperature
• Internal bootstrap diode, undervoltage lockout of gate drivers
