MAGIC RUBBER 500

The MAGIC RUBBER 500 is a magic rubber bi-component liquid Insulating Rubber which within a few minutes takes on the consistence of an insulating and sealing rubber with high dielectric, thermal, mechanical and elastic properties. Operating temperature 90°C, sealing installation possible in humid environments and flooded wells. Grey/black flexible rubber appearance with infinite shelf life.

• No shelf life, even when the bottles have been opened
• Shore A: 30 (after 24 hours)
• Di-electric strength <gt/> 20kV/mm
• Cross linking time: 15 minutes at 23°C
• Volume resistivity: <gt/>2.10¹⁵ Ωcm
• Operating temperature: -60°C / +200°C
• Also ideal for casts and moulds
• Low smoke, toxic and corrosive gas emmissions
• Non-toxic: requires no hazard labelling
