This product offer all of the advantages of the well recognized high-performance x16 architecture with standardized features including 256kB of addressable program memory size, 16384bytes of data memory size, 69 general-purpose I/O pins and 16-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) converter. This device operates at a maximum frequency of 32MHz with wide operating voltage of 2 to 3.6V.
