AT24C32D-SSHM-B

The AT24C32D-SSHM-B is a 32768-bit standard I²C serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 4096 words of 8-bit each. The device cascading feature allows up to eight devices to share a common 2-wire bus. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage operation are essential.
