U3606B is a multimeter / DC power supply, a full-featured digital multimeter (DMM) with a built-in 30W power supply unit. This hybrid multimeter and DC power supply measures voltage and current simultaneously enabling you to perform two test functions within the same uni. offering a compact footprint enabling you to get work done faster and easier. The U3606B is carefully thought out for convenience and ease when operating. This device offers ramp and scan function to simplify device characterization for multilevel DC bias testing, square wave output with selectable frequencies up to 4.8KHz, variable duty cycles, and amplitudes for digital circuit troubleshooting and built-in remote sensing to help ensure accurate supply at load end.
