MAX7401CSA+

The MAX7401CSA+ is a 8th order low pass bessel switched capacitor filter (SFC) in 8 pin NSOIC package. This device draw only draw only 2mA of supply current and in shutdown mode, the supply current reduce to 0.2μA. When using the MAX7401 for anti-aliasing or post DAC filtering, synchronize the DAC and the filter clocks. If the clocks are not synchronized, beat frequencies may alias into the pass band. A high clock to corner frequency ratio allows a simple RC low pass filter with the cut-off frequency set above the SCF corner frequency to provide input anti-aliasing and reasonable output clock attenuation.
