MAX5474EKA+T

The MAX5474EKA+T is a 32-tap non-volatile linear taper digital potentiometer in 8 pin SOT-23 package. This device replaces the mechanics with a simple 3-wire up/down digital interface. It features non-volatile memory (EEPROM) to return the wiper to its previously stored position upon power-up.

• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.25V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• End to end resistance is 50Kohm and temperature coefficient is 35ppm/°C
• Ratiometric resistance temperature coefficient is 5ppm/°C
• Voltage-divider or variable-resistor potentiometer configuration
• Maximum static supply current of 1µA
• 200,000 wiper store cycles
• 50 year wiper data retention
