製品概要
AD7887 is a high speed, low power, 12-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 2.7V to 5.25V power supply. This device can be configured for either dual- or single-channel operation via the on-chip control register. There is a default single-channel mode that allows the device to be operated as a read-only ADC. It is widely used in application such as battery-powered systems (personal digital assistants, medical instruments, mobile communications), instrumentation and control systems, high speed modems etc.
- Specified for VDD of 2.7V to 5.25V
- Flexible power/throughput rate management
- Shutdown mode is 1μA max
- Serial interface: SPI®/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
- Signal to noise + distortion ratio is 71dB typ
- Total harmonic distortion is −80dB typ
- Resolution 12bits, throughput time is 16 SCLK cycles
- Linearity error is ±2LSB
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
- Packaging style is 8-lead mini small outline package [MSOP]
