MBR0540T1G is a surface mount, Schottky power rectifier that employs the Schottky Barrier principle with a barrier metal that produces optimal forward voltage drop-reverse current trade-off. Ideally suited for low voltage, high-frequency rectification, or as a free wheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.

• Package designed for optimal automated board assembly
• Cathode band polarity designator, epoxy moulded case
• All external surfaces corrosion resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish
• Lead and mounting surface temperature for soldering purposes: 260°C max. for 10seconds

• Voltage rate of change is 1000V/µs max (Rated VR, TJ = 25°C)
