The STPS340U is a surface-mount single chip power Schottky Rectifier suitable for switch mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. This device is intended for use in low and medium voltage operation, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications where low switching losses are required.
