The BAT54 series from NXP are surface mount planar schottky barrier diode in SOT-23 package. These diodes are configured in single, dual common anode, dual common cathode and dual series configuration. For stress protection, diodes are integrated with an guard ring.

• Non repetitive peak forward surge current is 600mA
• Power dissipation is 250mW
• Ambient temperature range from -55°C to 150°C
• Forward voltage of 800mV at IF 100mA
• Reverse recovery time of 5ns
