VN7007ALHTR

VN7007ALHTR is a high-side driver with current sense analogue feedback for automotive application. This driver is designed to drive 12V automotive grounded loads through a 3V and 5V CMOS-compatible interface. It integrates advanced protective functions such as load current limitation, overload power limitation and over temperature shutdown. A combination of INPUT and FR_DIAG pins latches the output in case of fault, disables the latch-off functionality and enables OFF-state diagnostic. This driver is widely used in application such as automotive smart power distribution, glow plugs, heating systems, DC motors, relay replacement and high power resistive, inductive actuators etc.
