製品概要
The VIPER22ADIP-E is a fixed frequency off line converter in 8 pin DIP package. This off line converter combines dedicated current mode PWM controller with high voltage power MOSFET on same silicon chip. The internal control circuit offers large input voltage range on VDD pin which accommodates changes in auxiliary supply voltage. This feature is well adapted to battery charger adapter configurations.

- 9V to 38V wide range VDD voltage
- Input voltage range from 195VAC to 265VAC
- Power rating of 20W
- Auxiliary undervoltage lockout with hysteresis
- High voltage start up current source
- Overtemperature, overcurrent and overvoltage protection with auto restart
- Automatic burst mode in low load condition
- Overvoltage protection in HICCUP mode
- Operating temperature range -40°C to 150°C
