製品概要
NCL30159AADR2G is an LLC converter controller with an HB driver. It is a primary side current mode LLC controller. The controller is eligible for lighting application with minimum external components. The control technique optimizes switching frequency depending on the energy of the resonant tank. This controller allows to implementation of many features (high efficiency in standby, open string protection, dedicated startup. Also can provide wide dimming range operation in wide output conditions. The high-voltage section featuring the high-voltage startup and brown-out detection greatly simplifies the design of the power supply or LED string driver. The Analog dimming feature together with the PWM dimming allows to control of the total light flux from the LED string this feature allows to design of the window LED driver as well. It is used in applications such as low-cost high-efficiency LED lighting 50 to 300W, EV battery chargers, and TV set power supply.
- Integrated high-voltage startup circuit with brownout detection
- High frequency operation range from 20KHz upto 750KHz, current mode control scheme
- Automatic dead time with maximum dead time clamp, over current and open string protection
- Shorted LED string protection, proprietary skip cycle in no-load operation
- Dedicated soft start sequence to avoid hard switching
- Off state leakage current is 8µA typical at (VHV = 700V, Tj = 25°C)
- HB sink current capability is 7mA typical at (VHB = 30V, Tj = 25°C)
- Ramp compensation gain is 72mV/s typical at (Tj = -40°C to +125°C, VHV = 125V, Vcc = 12V)
- Fault timer reset time is 100µs typical at (Tj = -40°C to +125°C, VHV = 125V, Vcc = 12V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C, SOIC-16 package
