10142048-21 is a digital relative humidity and temperature sensor IC. It is one of the smallest and most accurate humidity sensors on the market. This HTU31 humidity and temperature sensor includes both digital (D) and analogue (V) versions and combines multiple functions with an application-friendly operating supply voltage range from 3V to 5.5V. Applications include home appliance, HVAC, medical respirators CPAP and ventilators, industrial transport / cold chain, humidifiers / dehumidifier, meteorology, environmental monitoring and trackers IoT applications, IP camera, water leak detector.
