LT8312EMS#PBF

LT8312EMS#PBF is a boost controller with power factor correction. A design based on the LT8312 can achieve a power factor greater than 0.99 by actively modulating the input current, enabling compliance with most harmonic current emission requirements. The LT8312 is well-suited for a wide variety of off-line applications. The input range can be scaled up or down, primarily based on the choice of external components. Efficiencies higher than 95% can be achieved with output power levels up to 250W. Applications include industrial and aviation.

• Input voltage range from 10 to 38V at (TA = 25°C)
• Quiescent current is 60µA typ at (VEN/UVLO = 0.2V, not switching, TA = 25°C)
• INTVCC regulation voltage range from 9.8 to 10.4V at (TA = 25°C)
• FB error amplifier voltage gain is 180V/V typ (ΔVVC/ΔVFB, TA = 25°C)
• FB low detection voltage is 0.1V typ (TA = 25°C)
• 16 lead plastic MSOP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
