製品概要
IM66D120AXTMA1 is a high-performance digital MEMS microphone qualified according to automotive quality standard AEC-Q103-003. It is suited to all applications inside and outside the car, where the best audio performance in harsh environments and a digital PDM interface are required. It also perfectly supports acoustic noise cancellation applications with its flat and stable frequency and phase response and a very low LFRO (low-frequency roll-off) at 7Hz. The digital microphone ASIC contains a microphone-specific THD compensation algorithm for optimal performance at high sound pressure levels (SPL), an extremely low-noise preamplifier, and a high-performance sigma-delta analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). It is used in applications such as active noise cancellation /road noise cancellation (ANC/RNC), hands-free calling / voice control, emergency call, siren detection, and road condition detection.
