ALQP-DFDFB is a low PIM 7/16 DIN female to 7/16 DIN female bulkhead 1/4 wave protector. This broadband quarter wave DC-Block suppressor designed for 800-2250MHz applications. This unit is designed to pass the desired frequency while suppressing lightning surges. This protector functions like a signal filter, operating within 800-2250MHz. This protector's unique design provides equal protection no matter which way it is installed, typically not found on DC block type protectors. Its non-gas tube design, multi-strike capability and fast response time make it suitable for a wide range of applications. A ground lug is provided directly on the lightning protector's housing, which allow for superior grounding. Typical applications are IEEE 802.11b and 802.11g wireless LAN applications, IEEE 802.16 and 802.20, protection of distributed antenna systems (DAS).
