RKD 1600/2X115

RKD 1600/2x115 is a RKD series toroidal isolating transformer special in their design and therefore so powerful. It only produces minimal leakage fields due to their shape. This means that the surrounding components remain free from interference. The transformer features a very low height and offer an essential advantage as power, safety or isolating transformer in difficult installation conditions. With a space-saving wire connection, toroidal transformer can be soldered directly onto a PCB. Suitable applications are as a safety isolating transformer for the safe electrical isolation of the input and output sides. The transformer is suitable for creating SELV and PELV circuits because of the limit on the output voltage. The transformer may be used to set up protective separation as a protective measure in accordance with VDE 0100. As a mains transformer for adjustment of the voltage and simple electrical isolation.
