ADTR1107ACCZ

ADTR1107 is a compact, 6GHz to 18GHz, front-end IC with an integrated power amplifier, low noise amplifier (LNA), and a reflective single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch. These integrated features make the device ideal for phased array antenna and radar applications. The front-end IC offers 25dBm of saturated output power (PSAT) and 22dB small signal gain in transmit state, and 18dB small signal gain and 2.5dB noise figure in receive state. The device has a directional coupler for power detection. Application includes phased array antenna, military radar, weather radar, communication links, electronic warfare.

• Output return loss is 15dB (typ, TX-IN to ANT, VDD-PA = 5V, TA = 25°C)
• Output 1dB compression (OP1dB) is 23dBm (typ, TX-IN to ANT, TA = 25°C)
• Noise figure is 9dB (typ,TX-IN to ANT, VDD-PA = 5V, TA = 25°C)
• 24 lead LGA package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
