AD8250ARMZ

AD8250 is an instrumentation amplifier with digitally programmable gains that has Gohm input impedance, low output noise and low distortion making it suitable for interfacing with sensors and driving high sample rate analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs). It has a high bandwidth of 10MHz, low THD of -110dB and fast settling time of 615ns (maximum ) to 0.001%. Typical application includes data acquisition, bio medical analysis, test and measurement.

• Wide supply range from ±5V to ±15V
• Excellent DC performance: high CMRR 98dB (min), G = 10, low gain drift of 10ppm/°C (max)
• Low offset drift of 1.7μV/°C (maximum ), G = 10
• AC performance: fast settling time of 615ns to 0.0 01% (max) and high slew rate is 20V/µs (min)
• Low distortion of -110dB THD at 1KHz and high CMRR over frequency of 80dB to 50KHz (min)
• Low noise of 18nV/√Hz, G = 10 (max) and low power is 4.1mA
• 10 lead MSOP package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
