VO3053-X007T is a photo-triac output, optocoupler in a 6 pin DIP package. The triac driver family consisting of a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled to a monolithic photosensitive non-zero crossing triac detector chip. The 600V blocking voltage permits control of off-line voltages up to 240 VAC, with a safety factor or more than two, and is sufficient for as much as 380V. Applications include household appliances, triac drive / AC motor drives, solenoid / valve controls, office automation equipment / machine, temperature (HVAC) / lighting controls, switching power supply.

• Low input trigger current, 600V blocking voltage
• 5mA trigger current, UL, cUL certified
• 10μA input reverse current at (VR = 6V), 1.5V max forward voltage at (IF = 30mA)
• 10nA typ leakage with LED off, either direction
• 2000V/μs typ critical rate of rise off-state voltage
• 0.4pF typ coupling capacitance, 200μA typ holding current, either direction
• Operating temperature range from -55 to +100°C
