AP7381-50SA-7

AP7381-50SA-7 is a positive voltage regulator IC. It has features of wide input voltage range, high accuracy, low dropout voltage, current limit and ultra-low quiescent current which make it ideal for use in various USB and portable devices. The IC consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network for setting output voltage, a current limit circuit for current protection, and a chip enable circuit. Applications include E-meters, battery-powered equipments, laptops, palmtops, notebook computers, portable information appliances.

• Excellent line/load regulation, thermal shutdown function
• Short current protection
• Supply input voltage range from 3.3 to 40V
• Line regulation is 0.05%/V typ at VOUT + 2V ≤ VIN ≤ 40V, IOUT=10mA
• Dropout voltage is 1000mV typ at IOUT=100mA at VOUT=3.3V
• Output voltage temperature coefficient is ±100ppm/°C typ at IOUT=100µA, -40oC ≤ TJ ≤ +125°C
• 5V output voltage, SOT23 package
• Operating junction temperature range from -40 to +125ºC
