CBD3818/070

CBD3818/070 is a shank carbide drill bit. It is a universal twist drill bit that can be used for many materials and applications. It is very popular for printed circuit board production, jewellery, watchmaking, model making, etc. It is also used for small through holes, blind via hole drilling, or via interconnectors, this allows improved inner hole wall quality, whilst maintaining good registration accuracy. This microcarbide PCB drill is ideal for high-density multilayer circuit boards. The micro drill bit can be fitted with depth setting rings by special request. This will allow the user to set the plunge depth stop on the user's PCB drill press to a single value that will work for all PCB drill bit diameters. This carbide micro drill bit will give far superior results when drilling holes in PCB laminate material such as FR4 Fibreglass and will have a much longer life span than the equivalent steel drill bits.
