SLG46108V

SLG46108V is a GreenPAK™ programmable mixed-signal matrix IC in STQFN-8 package. It provides a small, low power component for commonly used mixed-signal functions. The user creates their circuit design by programming the one time Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) to configure the interconnect logic, the I/O pins and the macro cells of the SLG46108. This highly versatile device allows a wide variety of mixed-signal functions to be designed within a very small, low power single integrated circuit.

• Four combinatorial Look Up Tables (LUTs)
• Seven combination function macrocells
• Three 8-bit counter / delay generators (CNT/DLY) with external clock/reset
• RC oscillator (RC OSC) and power on reset
• 1.8V to 5V supply
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
