製品概要
IGCM04G60HAXKMA1 is a CIPOS™ Mini 600V, 4A three-phase intelligent power module with closed emitter in DIP 36x21 package. It provides cost and performance optimized efficiency incorporating Reverse Conducting (RC) IGBT along with excellent thermal conduction and electrical isolation for low power motor drives. Suitable for potential applications such as refrigerators, washing machines, small home appliances, electric pumps & fans (12 V), home appliances, refrigeration and freezing.
- Based on reverse conducting IGBT technology and rugged SOI gate driver technology
- 4A of inverter current rating
- Fully featured with multiple protection functions
- Integrated bootstrap function and over current shutdown
- All of 6 switches turn off during protection and under-voltage lockout at all channels
- Cross-conduction prevention
- Motor power rating up to 600W at 10KHz
