MAX9032AUA+T

The MAX9032AUA+T is a low cost, ultra small dual single supply comparator without shutdown in 8 pin µMAX package. This comparator is optimized for single supply applications from 2.5V to 5.5V but can also be operated from dual supplies. It has an 188ns propagation delay and consume 35µA of supply current per comparator. The combination of low power and single supply operation down to +2.5V makes this device ideal for portable applications. The comparator's 4mV of built-in hysteresis provides noise immunity and prevents oscillations even with a slow moving input signal. The design of the comparator output stage substantially reduces switching current during output transitions and virtually eliminates power supply glitches. Typical applications include battery powered portable systems, mobile communications, sensor signal detection, photodiode preamps, digital line receivers, keyless entry systems and threshold detectors/discriminators.

• Comparator output swings rail to rail, operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• Input common mode range extends from the negative supply to within 1.1V of the positive supply
• Input offset voltage is ±1mV
• Input bias current is 8nA
• No phase reversal for overdriven inputs
• Power supply rejection ratio is 100dB and common mode rejection ratio is 100dB
• Maximum capacitive load of 150pF
