The LCR-6100 (CE) from GW Instek is a LCR-6000 series 10Hz to 100KHz (±0.01%) (4 digits resolution) high precision LCR meter. The compact size design, 2U height and 1/2 rack is one of the practical features of series which is optimum space saver suitable for either bench top or system rack. The compacted LCR-6100 with abundant features is absolutely excellent tool for R&D, production test, IQC etc on implementing each test stages for passive components. It provides rich functionalities with compact size. In addition to simultaneously displaying setting criteria and measurement results, the meter increases two additional monitoring parameters. For external control, the meter provides handler interface & collocates with its measurement sorting function (9BIN, AUX: 1BIN) to facilitate connection with sorting machine so as to sort out materials. It has 10 memory sets defined by panel setting criteria to facilitate users in selecting test criteria and saving time in repeated settings.
