MAX5491LA01000+T

The MAX5491LA01000+T is a precision-matched resistor-divider in 3 pin SOT-23 package. It consists of two accurately matched resistors with access to the ends and centre of the divider. It offers excellent resistance matching of 0.035%, an extremely low resistance-ratio temperature drift of 2ppm/°C and an end to end resistance of 30Kohm. The resistance ratios from 1:1 to 30:1 are available. To enhance device and system robustness, IC features ±2KV human body model electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection to ensure against real-world ESD events. It is ideal for precision gain-setting applications where tight resistance matching and low temperature drift are necessary. It is used in instrumentation, precision gain setting, base stations and automatic test equipment.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
• Low 2ppm/°C resistor ratio drift at 1:1 ≤ ratio ≤ 3.2:1
• Maximum power rating is 87.5mW
• Voltage coefficient of resistance is 0.1ppm/V
• Resistance ratio long-term stability is ±0.03% at 2000hr at +70°C
