MAX4594EXK+T

The MAX4594EXK+T is a low voltage, single supply, SPST CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SC-70 package. This analogue switch operates from single 2V to 5.5V supply. The MAX4594 is normally open (NO) switch. It has 10ohm maximum on-resistance (RON) with 1.5ohm maximum RON flatness over the analogue signal range at TA = +25°C when powered from 5V supply. The switch offers low 0.5nA leakage currents and fast switching times less than 40ns. It is used in battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, PCMCIA cards and DSL modems.

• V+ supply current of 1μA with 5V supply
• Off isolation of -80dB at f = 1MHz with 5V supply
