TA057 1400 V ACTIVE DIFFERENTIAL PROBE

The TA057 from Pico technology is a 25MHz differential probe. This probe complies with IEC-1010.1, IEC-1010.2-031 CAT III and pollution degree 2. This differential probe extends measurement capability of oscilloscopes to electronic power converters, inverters, motor speed controls, switch mode power supplies and many other applications. This probe is designed for carrying out differential measurements between two points on circuit under test. It is not intended for electrically insulating circuit under test and the measuring instrument.

• 1:20 and 1:200 attenuation ratio
• ±2% accuracy
• Rise time is 14ns
• Input impedance is 4MHz
• Ambient operating temperature from -10°C to 40°C
• Differential input voltage of 140Vrms at 1/20 and 1000Vrms at 1/200
• Common mode input voltage of 1000Vrms at 1/20 and 1/200
• Typical CMRR of -80dB at 50Hz and -60dB at 20KHz

Do not use this probe above 1000Vrms (CAT III) between each input lead and earth or between two input leads to avoid injury.Ensure that the probe output lead is grounded before making connections to input leads of probe.
