製品概要
The FDC6329L is an Integrated Load Switch particularly suited for compact power management in portable electronic equipment where 2.5V to 8V input and 2.5A output current capability are needed. This load switch integrates a small N-Channel power MOSFET (Q1) which drives a large P-Channel power MOSFET (Q2). High performance PowerTrench™ technology for extremely for superior thermal and electrical capabilities. This product is general usage and suitable for many different applications.
- Control MOSFET (Q1) includes Zener protection for ESD ruggedness (<gt/>6kV human body model)
- 180°C/W Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance
- 60°C/W Junction-to-case thermal resistance
- 1μA Forward leakage current
