Premium grade hand crimp tools for crimping Mini-Fit Jr male and female crimp terminals onto wire for use in Mini-Fit Jr crimp housings. These Mini-Fit Jr hand crimp tools feature a full cycle ratcheting mechanism that prevents the handles from opening until a full crimp cycle is achieved. The ratchet mechanism releases at the end of the closing stroke and allows the handles of the tool to open. This feature ensures that full crimps are achieved and partial crimps are avoided. These hand crimp tools also have a ratchet release lever that enables the tool to be opened in the event of jamming or miscrimping. An easy to use precision terminal locator wire stop holds the terminals in the correct crimping position. These Mini-Fit Jr crimp tools are comfortable to use with an ergonomic soft grip handle design. An extra feature of these hand crimp tools is the ability to convert them from a right handed to left handed application.
