製品概要
The SS449A is a digital Position Sensor has a thermally balanced integrated circuit over full temperature range. The unipolar hall-effect sensor's negative compensation slope is optimized to match the negative temperature coefficient of magnets. The band gap regulation provides extremely stable operation over 3.8 to 30Vdc supply voltage range.
