The DSS2X61-01A is a 4-pin high performance Schottky Diode with SOT-227B (minibloc) housing and Cu base plate internal DCB isolated. It is suitable for use with the rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and freewheeling diode in low voltage converters.
