製品概要
STISO621TR is a dual channel digital isolator. It is based on the ST thick oxide galvanic isolation technology. The device provides two independent channels in opposite direction with Schmitt trigger input, providing robustness to noise and high speed input/output switching time. Application includes optocoupler replacement in industrial application, industrial field bus isolation, battery monitor and motor drive, size-critical multichannel isolation.
- Dual channel, digital isolator with 1 – 1 channel directionality
- Data rate is 100Mbps min (VIH = 5V)
- High common-mode transient: <gt/>50kV/µs
- Supply voltage (each side) range from 3 to 5.5V
- Low power consumption, 6kV galvanic isolation
- Pulse width distortion is 3ns max (VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Supply current is 1.65mA typ (DC, VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Output impedance is 50 ohm typ (VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Output rise time and output fall time is 2ms typ (CL = 15pF, VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- SO8 narrow package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
