製品概要
The STEVAL-ISA108V1 is a demo board based on the ST1S41 switching regulator. The ST1S41 is an internally compensated 850KHz fixed frequency PWM synchronous step down regulator. This regulator operates from 4.0V to 18V input, while it regulates an output voltage as low as 0.8V and up to VIN. The ST1S41 integrates 95mohm high side switch and 69mohm synchronous rectifier allowing very high efficiency with very low output voltages. The peak current mode control with internal compensation delivers a very compact solution with a minimum component count.
