MCP4151-103E/P is an 8bit, single SPI digital potentiometer with volatile memory. It offers a wide range of product offerings using an SPI interface.

• Mid-scale POR wiper setting, 75ohm wiper- RW resistance (typical)
• 257 number of steps, VDD operating range from 1.8V to 5.5V
• Zero scale to full-scale wiper operation, internal weak pull-up on all digital inputs
• Ratiometric (potentiometer) is 15ppm typical (low tempco)
• SPI serial interface (10MHz, modes 0,0 and 1,1), high-speed read/writes to wiper registers
• Resistor network terminal disconnect feature via : shutdown pin (SHDN, active low), TCON register
• Brown-out reset protection, serial interface inactive current
• High-voltage tolerant digital inputs, supports split rail applications
