BTG70502EPLDAUGHBRDTOBO1 is a daughterboard with PROFET™ Load Guard 12V BTG7050-2EPL for evaluation with respective motherboard. This daughterboard comes with 1 smart high-side power switch of BTG7050-2EPL and is compatible with the PROFET™ ONE4ALL Motherboard. It provides a quick pick and place solution for lab evaluations. The motherboard in combination with the daughterboard is capable of driving typical automotive loads. Suitable for driving resistive, inductive and capacitive loads with currents up to 3A, suitable for future power distribution architectures, protection of system supply, load supply and wires, main switch for ECU power supply, suitable for driving ADAS & AD modules, e.g. cameras, radar, ultrasonic, and LIDAR modules, suitable for driving communication modules, e.g. antennas, Bluetooth, V2X, Wi-Fi, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits and suitable for driving heating elements.
- Capacitive load switching mode (CLS mode) to charge big capacitive loads in safe operation area
- Automotive qualified in accordance with AEC Q100 grade1
- Proportional load current sense, open load in ON and OFF state and short circuit to ground, battery
- Adj OC limitation via external resistor, absolute, dynamic temperature protection w/ restart control
- Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (Inverse ON)
- Choose PROFET™ Load Guard for a broad range of use cases load (supply, control) protections
- Self-protection, power supply protection and wire protection
- Perform precise module diagnosis w/ best in class kILIS performance in smart high-side power switch
