製品概要
3140 310ML is a translucent adhesive or RTV coating with good flowability, good flame resistance, UL, IPC and Mil Spec tested. Dow one-part moisture cure adhesive is generally cured at room temperature and in an environment of 30 to 80 percent relative humidity eliminating the need for curing ovens and the associated costs of energy and capital. Dow adhesive retain its original physical and electrical properties over a broad range of operating conditions which enhance the reliability and service life of devices. RTV coating is suitable for protection of corrosion-sensitive components, protection of rigid and flexible circuit boards, improved pin/solder joint coverage, thin-section encapsulation and pin sealing and pin sealing.
- Supplied in a 300ml tube for convenience and precision
- Polydimethylsiloxane adhesive and clear to slightly hazy smooth viscous liquid
- Cure at room temperature, no ovens required
- Stable, no added solvents and no mixing required
- UL 94 V-1, IPC-CC-830, Mil-I-46058C and MIL-A-46146 tested
- Faster in-line processing with optional heat acceleration
- Able to flow, fill or self-levelling after dispensing
- 34,400cP viscosity, 1.05 specific gravity (cured) and 95.7% NVC (non volatile content)
- 385volts/mil dielectric strength
- UV indicator for manual and automated inspection
