製品概要
LTC4332CUFD#PBF is a point-to-point rugged SPI extender designed for operation in high-noise industrial environments over long distances. Using a ±60V fault-protected differential transceiver, this device can transmit SPI data, including an interrupt signal, up to 2MHz over two twisted pair cables. The extended common mode range and high common mode rejection on the differential link provide tolerance to large ground differences between nodes. It provides a control interface using a separate server select for configuration and fault monitoring. It is used in applications such as industrial control and sensors, lighting and sound system control.
- Supply voltage range from 3V to 5.5V
- Logic supply voltage range from 1.62V to 5.5V
- Extended interrupt, separate programmable SPI modes
- Operating supply current is 1µA typical at low power: ON = 0
- Receiver input resistance is 112Kohm typical at (0V ≤ VCC ≤ 5.5V), TA = 25°C
- SCK input frequency is 2000KHz maximum at SPEED INDEX = 8
- Differential driver rise or fall time is 4ns typical at (RDIFF = 54 ohm, CL = 100pF)
- Digital input capacitance is 10pF typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Differential input signal threshold is ±200mV maximum at -25V
VCM 25V - Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 20-lead QFN package
