製品概要
HMC882ALP5E is a tunable low-pass filter that features a user-selectable cut-off frequency (f3dB). This tunable filter can be used as a much smaller alternative to physically large switched filter banks and cavity tuned filters. This has excellent microphonics due to the monolithic design and low residual phase noise of -165dBc/Hz, and provides a dynamically adjustable solution in advanced communications applications. Application includes testing and measurement equipment, military radar and electronic warfare/electronic counter measures (ECMs), satellite communication and space, industrial and medical equipment.
- Amplitude settling is 200ns (typ, )
- Re-entry frequency is ≥30GHz (typ, ≥35dB wideband rejection, TA = 25°C)
- Single-chip replacement for mechanically tuned designs
- Frequency range from 0 to 6.9GHz (TA = 25°C, VFCTL = 0V to 14V)
- Rejection stopband frequency is 1.28 × f3dBGHz (typ, ≥20dB, TA = 25°C)
- Insertion loss is 3dB (typ, TA = 25°C, VFCTL = 0V to 14V)
- Return loss is 13dB (typ, TA = 25°C, VFCTL = 0V to 14V)
- Maximum input power for linear operation is 10dBm (max, TA = 25°C)
- Drift rate is 0.3MHz/°C (typ, TA = 25°C, VFCTL = 0V to 14V)
- 32 lead LFCSP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
