製品概要
VNQ660SPTR-E is a quad channel high side solid state relay. It is a monolithic device made by using ST Microelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology. It is intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. This device has four independent channels and built in thermal shutdown and output current limitation which protects the chip from over temperature and short circuit.
- CMOS compatible inputs, off state open load detection
- Undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown
- Overvoltage clamp, thermal shutdown
- Current limitation, very low standby power dissipation
- Protection against loss of ground and loss of VCC
- Reverse battery protection, case style is PowerSO-10
- Supply voltage is 36V, output current is 6A
- Input current is +/-10mA
- Storage temperature is - 65°C to 150°C
- Power dissipation at (TC) at 25°C is 114W
