FTW23-AA4MW5J is a Liquipoint FTW23 series, point level switch for water-based liquids and, when used with IO-link, is also suitable for alcohol- and oil-based liquids or powdered products. It is used preferably in storage tanks, mixing vessels and pipes. Developed and built for the food and beverage industry, the Liquipoint FTW23 meets international hygiene requirements. The Liquipoint FTW23 can be used permanently in process temperatures up to 100°C and in cleaning and sterilization processes up to 135°C for 60 minutes. It meets the requirements of EU 1935/2004, 10/2011, 2023/2006 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2415.
- Easy installation due to compact design even in tight conditions or where access is restricted
- IO-Link reduces costs and complexity due to easy configuration of the devices via engineering tools
- CIP and SIP cleanability ensured up to protection class IP69, 3-A and EHEDG certificates
- LED display for on-site function check, 10 to 30VDC supply voltage
- Onsite function check via LED indication, function testing of switch outputs with test magnet
- Non-hazardous area approval, 3-wire PNP output
- Plug M12, IP65/67 NEMA Type 4 enclosure (electrical connection)
- Thread ISO228 G3/4, 316L, install accessory weld-in adapter (process connection)
- Compact point level switch for using in water based liquids
- Ambient temperature range from -20°C to 70°C
