製品概要
MAX30102EFD+T is an integrated pulse oximetry and heart-rate monitor module. It includes internal LEDs, photodetectors, optical elements, and low-noise electronics with ambient light rejection. It provides a complete system solution to ease the design-in process for mobile and wearable devices. It operates on a single 1.8V power supply and a separate 3.3V power supply for the internal LEDs. Communication is through a standard I²C-compatible interface. The module can be shut down through software with zero standby current, allowing the power rails to remain powered at all times. It is used in applications such as wearable devices, fitness assistant devices, smartphones, and tablets.

- Power-supply voltage range from 1.7V to 2V
- Supply current is 600µA typ at (SpO₂ and HR mode, PW = 215µs, 50sps)
- Supply current in shutdown is 0.7µA typ at (TA = +25°C, MODE = 0x80)
- ADC clock frequency is 10.48MHz typ at (VDD = 1.8V, VLED+ = 5.0V, TA = -40°C to +85°C)
- ADC resolution is 18-bits, input leakage current is ±1µA max at (VIN = GND or VDD (STATIC))
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 14-lead OESIP package
