製品概要

LTC2640 is a voltage output DAC with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift reference. It has a rail-to-rail output buffer that is guaranteed monotonic. Each DAC can also operate in external reference mode, in which a voltage supplied to the REF pin sets the fullscale output. This device DAC use a SPI/MICROWIRE™ compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates upto 50MHz. It incorporates a power-on reset circuit. It is widely used in application such as mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, automotive, optical networking etc.
  • Integral nonlinearity is ±1LSB maximum
  • VFS with internal reference is 4.096V (4095/4096)
  • Power on reset to code is zero
  • Resolution is 12bit
  • Positive supply voltage range is 4.5V to 5.5V
  • Double-buffered data latches
  • Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C
  • Packaging style is 8-lead plastic TSOT-23
